Returns

Eligibility and Timeframe

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in the same condition as received. Customers have 14 days to initiate a return.

Condition of Items

Returned items must be in their original packaging, with tags and labels intact.

 

Refund Process

Refunds will be processed within 5 UK business days of receiving the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Exceptions

Certain items, such as personalised, digital or non-returnable goods, are exempt from being returned and refunded.

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.
